Cancellation Policy 

All cancellation or alterations must be put in writing to the Trauma 2017 Secretariat at trauma2017@theassociationspecialists.com.au. A cancellation fee of $100 will apply to registrations cancelled before Wednesday, 22 March 2017. No refunds will be made after this date.

Accommodation Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

  • Full pre-payment for all accommodation bookings is required by Thursday, 16 March 2017. Bookings not fully pre-payed by this date risk being cancelled.
  • The hotel will issue you with a tax invoice upon departure
  • All hotels will require a credit card from each guest upon check-in to cover any additional charges that are the responsibility of the guest
  • All changes and cancellations must be provided in writing to the Trauma 2017 Secretariat by Thursday, 16 March 2017. Guests may be charged for all or part of the booking if the cancellation is received after this date.
